Bangor University was founded in 1884, and now has a student strength of over 10,000. It is located in the city of Bangor in the north of Wales. The University's academic schools are grouped into 6 colleges: Arts & Humanities, Business, Social Sciences and Law, Education and Lifelong Learning, Natural Sciences, Health and Behavioural Sciences and Physical and Applied Sciences.
