From the moment I met the University of Sheffield representative who came to my college in Lagos, I fell in love with the University. On arrival at Sheffield, nothing fell short of my expectations.
My department, Law, has wonderful tutors who strive hard to make learning as smooth and as enjoyable as possible. The one to one attention I get from lecturers is so invaluable to me.
The environment is so wonderful. Sheffield locals are such friendly and welcoming people. Sheffield is such a peaceful city and also very safe. There's loads of fun stuff to do here. I take salsa classes at the Union and I'm a member of the gym at USport which has wonderful equipment. I have had the opportunity to make friends from every single continent. There's lots to do to make the most of your time here in Sheffield, from sports to religion to drama to music - there is a place for everyone here.
