Although the campus does seem big at first, once you start lectures, get to grips with where everything is and begin to recognise faces wherever you go, you will feel very much at home in our friendly student village.
Campus life is so convenient, you are just two minutes from the library, shops, bars and lecture theatres. Many universities are spread across the city and you have to get a bus to lectures, one advantage at kent is that you can roll out of bed and get to your lecture in five minutes. The accommodation is of a really high standard. You can live in a self catering house and cook for yourself, or you can choose an en suite room in halls if you do not fancy sharing a bathroom.
With launderettes, bookshop, travel agent, banks, and sports facilities on campus, there is not any need to leave campus at all. We even have our own nightclub, theatre and cinema.
