Course description:
The integrated training and assessment course will take place on site or at the Barony and will cover chainsaw maintenance, crosscutting and stacking techniques, tailored to the individual's needs. It will be delivered by one of the Barony's qualified forestry instructors and leads to LANTRA certification. It is designed for anyone who plans to use a chainsaw for personal use or for cutting up wood. Please note that this course is not suitable for anyone who will be felling trees.
