Course description:
During the first year students will start to develop a broad view about design in general and a clearer prospective of their chosen area of specialisation. In the second year, they will develop creative design further, and introduces specialist automotive topics such as car body styling, driving interface, interior packaging, clay modelling, functional issues in automotive interior design, automotive manufacturing, safety, legislation and vehicle aerodynamics.
Entry requirements:
Students must have an appropriate Certificate in Engineering or Art equivalent to 120 UCAS points (AVCE, GNVQ, BTEC National Certificate or Diploma), and A or AS Level profile.
